I love BWG. Every week I order both meals and muscle oats and usually a cauliflower pizza as well. The meals are an awesome way to have something healthy and get some vegetables in for the day, plus they’re good for on the go since you don’t have to prepare them. With the rotating menu it’s easy to not get bored of what you’re eating! The muscle oats are amazing too.

The food is incredibly flavorful. Everything I try is amazing. I’ve never looked forward to such healthy meals before, thus helping with my fitness goals! A must try for anyone looking to improve their food/fitness goals, or to just enjoy a healthy meal that tastes incredible!

Love, love, love. Built Without Guilt tastes like my mama made me a healthy meal and I didn’t have to do the decision making, prep or clean up. Being too busy to be healthy is no longer an excuse because this is affordable and delicious. I will never shop at a chain meal prep service or in the frozen food aisle again. This week, I’ve eaten banana nut oats, chicken korma, a fiesta bowl, and cacio e pepe. Helps me stay on track and stay motivated.

I'm so glad I started using Built without Guilt! I don't cook, and getting through the pandemic has been challenging and not very healthy. These are healthy meals, in healthy portions. Great. But they're also REALLY good, so I keep coming back. Some items are there every week, but main entrees rotate for variety. I'm kind of a picky eater, and I've loved everything I've had so far. Like, take a bite and say, "Man, that's really good!" out loud with my mouth full good. I'm saving money on take-out, and I know I'm getting at least a few meals a week that are healthy.

Awesome experience all the way around! First order today, picked up during Chandler street market hours. Already sampled these, looking forward to this coming week's lunches... this saves tons of time figuring out meal plans, is totally delicious and well-balanced, and is so worth it in terms of taking uncertainty (when, where, what, etc) out of the lunch hour! Support local small business like this, love this food service model!!

Built Without Guilt is far and above one of the best food services in Buffalo. I am a vegetarian and the creative and healthy recipes Shana comes up with never cease to amaze me. The three different pickup opportunities are convenient for my schedule and I consider the subscription pack to be quite affordable compared to what I would realistically spend on groceries/eating out. As someone who doesn’t like to cook and wants to be mindful of what they’re eating, using Built Without Guilt for meal subscription has been a life changer!
